भारत का गणतंत्र दिवस
26 जनवरी भारत का गणतंत्र दिवस है। इस दिन 1950 में, भारतीय संविधान को अपनाया गया था।
दिल्ली में गणतंत्र दिवस खास अंदाज़ में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन भारत के राष्ट्रपति राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराते हैं। और इस दिन एक विशाल रंगीन परेड आयोजित की जाती है। जिसे देखने के लिए सुबह-सुबह इंडिया गेट के पास राजपथ पर लाखों की संख्या में लोग जमा होते हैं।
जुलूस सुबह 9 बजे विजय चौक से शुरू होता है। राष्ट्रपति भवन को भी नई-नवेली दुल्हन की तरह सजाया जाता है । राष्ट्रपति राजकीय गाड़ी से इंडिया गेट तक जाते हैं। वहाँ वह सेनाओं के दस्ते की सलामी लेने के लिए एक मंच पर बैठते हैं। तमाम वीआईपी और विदेशी मेहमान भी वहीं बैठते हैं।
भारतीय सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना के जवानों द्वारा राष्ट्रपति को सलामी दी जाती है। और साथ ही साथ शक्ति प्रदर्शन भी किया जाता है।
अलग-अलग राज्यों की रंग-बिरंगी झाँकियाँ मनमोहक होती हैं। लोकनृत्य और स्कूली छात्रों के रंगारंग करतब दर्शकों का मन मोह लेते हैं।
गणतंत्र दिवस हमारे देश के इतिहास में एक गौरवशाली दिन है।

26 January is India’s Republic Day. on this day in 1950, the Indian constitution was adopted.
In Delhi, Republic Day is celebrated in a special way. On this day, the president of India hoists the national flag. And a huge colorful parade is held on this day. Lakhs of people gather at Rajpath near India Gate early in the morning.
The procession starts from Vijay Chowk at 10 am. Rashtrapati Bhawan looks like a newly wedded bride. The Rashtrapati drives in a state carriage to the India Gate. There he sits on a platform to take the salute of the march past. All VIP and foreign dignitaries also sit there.
Jawans of the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force salute the President. They show their strength.
Many colorful Jhankies of different states are a pleasant sight. Folk dancers and school students’ colorful feats enchant the spectators.
Republic Day is a glorious day in our nation’s history.
